Terms of Service

By accessing and using the website and services provided by AzerothVault ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

AzerothVault provides analytics, crafting calculations, and market data for World of Warcraft players. We offer a free level and a paid subscription ("Full Access"), which grants access to additional features.

Billing: Full Access is billed monthly or annually, depending on the plan you choose. Current prices are shown on the subscription page. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel it. You agree to pay all fees for the plan you choose.

Free trial: When a free trial is offered, it applies to the monthly plan and its length is shown on the subscription page. A payment card is required to start a trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, it converts to a paid monthly subscription and your card is charged.

Payment processing: Our order process is conducted by Creem (creem.io), which acts as the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Creem provides customer service for billing inquiries and handles returns.

Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. If you cancel during a free trial, you will not be charged.

Refunds: Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

You agree not to misuse the Service or help anyone else do so. This includes attempting to access the Service using a method other than the interface and instructions we provide.
